What counts as a stored audio hour?

A stored audio hour is retained audio media kept on Listenbox for your podcast episodes. Audio plans are based on the total audio you keep, not monthly audience-size download caps.

What counts as a stored 1080p video hour?

It is retained video media kept for video delivery or future publishing. Extracted podcast audio from a video episode is included in the stored video hour. Oversized sources, 4K, unusual codecs, or very high-motion video can count as multiple stored 1080p video hours or require a custom plan.

Are plays and downloads capped?

There are no download caps for normal podcast listening. Plans include fair-use media delivery for podcast episodes. Automated downloading, hotlinking, CDN resale, non-podcast file distribution, or unusually high sustained bandwidth may require review, overage, upgrade, or custom pricing.

Does YouTube or Spotify playback count against Listenbox delivery?

No. Listenbox publishes video to those platforms, then YouTube and Spotify serve their own playback. Listenbox-served video delivery applies to Apple Podcasts video, video RSS, and open-web playback handled by Listenbox.

What happens if I need more stored hours?

Upgrade before adding more stored content, or enable extra storage after Listenbox warns you. Existing published episodes stay live. We do not silently charge storage overages unless you enable them.
